Two Engineered Approaches to Dog-Driven Turf Wear

Why Natura Matters
Dog traffic destroys turf in ways standard landscape solutions are not built to handle.
In dog parks, daycares, multifamily pet areas, and residential yards, turf failure is driven by paws and claws, not simple foot traffic. Dogs accelerate, pivot, and dig in tight, repeatable zones. Claws create lateral tearing at the grass crown, while repeated use prevents recovery. Concentrated moisture and urine in the same areas compound the damage.
Natural grass cannot regenerate fast enough under these forces, and general purpose reinforcement products are not engineered for claw driven stress. The result is predictable: mud, bare soil, and recurring callbacks.

PowerRun is engineered for spaces where dogs run hard, pivot frequently, and dig—applying intense lateral forces that rapidly destroy traditional turf. Its stronger hybrid structure resists claw-driven tearing and protects the grass crown under repeated canine activity.
PowerRun is the default specification for commercial and municipal dog facilities where durability, cleanliness, and long-term performance are critical.

Natura PlayZone™
Natura PlayZone™ is engineered for comfort, appearance, and everyday dog use.
PlayZone offers a softer feel underfoot and a more finished appearance, making it well-suited for environments where dog activity is present but less aggressive. It is often selected for residential or mixed-use spaces where aesthetics and comfort matter as much as durability.
While still providing reinforcement and protection, PlayZone is chosen when maximum claw resistance is not required.
